Jacob

Yesterday Jacob had an adenoidectomy! What a brave kid. He was never scared, from when we started talking about the day to when he walked out of the room, this kid is tough!
I am so proud of him. Jacob had the surgery at 9:45 and we were home at 12:30. He was bouncing off the walls as though nothing had even happened. The surgeon came in when he was in the recovery room and said "you have such a sweet boy with the biggest adenoid."

I can hardly tell Jacob had surgery yesterday, I hope this means he'll be fine, but I'm preparing myself for a hard day for him. He woke up with a sore throat, we'll see.

Merry Christmas Maple Tree style

Jacob and Annie had a christmas party and performance this week. What a fun night seeing all their friends dressed up and having fun! I feel truly blessed that my kids go to a place with so much love and so many fun fun things to do.

piano recital

this semester I took piano for a college credit. so fun! i really want to keep going it was fun and there is so much more to learn. today we had a recital for our final at a senior living home here is one of the pieces I played.
