soccer monsters!

Jacob joined a summer soccer league and tonight was the last night. He had a great time getting acquainted with a coach and team sport. He loved going and this parent organized soccer team was just what he needed.

happy 4th of july!

we spent the morning at a parade with cousins and then went to a bbq and swimming party in the afternoon with more cousins. there was a quick tractor parade in the afternoon and some mulching of the garden thrown in between for good measure. it was a great day had by all.

annie was not keen on the pool and slide I set up for the kids on Friday, but she sure had fun with the popcorn bowl full of water and measuring cups!
