this week...

annie started wearing her patch at daycare without issue:) yay! such an accomplishment for annie, miss amy and miss dawn.
we took buck and shiloh on a nice long walk with aunt annie.
 we enjoyed the warm temps and finding letters in trees.
we all went to the dentist and had great check ups- first one for annie.

I'm trying something new this year and am going to try oh so hard to keep up with it.

this week...
~it was so cold we had 2 days off of school. we tried to keep busy by going to the mall and playing games and doing puzzles.
~we also did fun cold weather experiments- threw boiling water outside, froze an egg and water and also froze a t-shirt in 2 minutes. our favorite was the t-shirt.
~ annie is loving her barbies and singing.
~jacob lost his 3rd tooth and got $1.50 from the tooth fairy
~we had a party for grandma and grandpa's 45th anniversary and the kids put on a skit of the wedding.

gymnastics!

Annie took gymnastics this spring in South St. Paul. She had fun most days and made a friend!
On the first day of class she walked in and said "I thought  Gabby Douglas was going to be here."
It was fun to see her doing an activity since she is usually the one watching the activities.

(if only I could figure out how to take good pictures in a basement)

april happenings!

what a fun april we had. here are some of my favorites!

 After what seems like a never ending week of bad weather we saw the sun shining this afternoon and decided to grab a picnic and head to Minnehaha falls. While the kids were a little cold while eating they warmed right up running around.

What fun!
